A two-project Creo portfolio covering an ice-tray injection-mould workflow and a dog-bowl mould-design study. Each project has its own selector, preview, engineering story, analysis section and image gallery.

CAD model, draft/round modifications, mouldability review, core/cavity split and CAM setup.

Dog bowl CAD model, material comparison, mould analysis, two-part mould and CNC toolpath simulation.
The original Creo project remains as the first project. It presents a rectangular ten-cavity ice tray designed for two-part injection moulding, including draft and round modifications, mouldability comparison between ABS grades, mould-volume splitting, shrinkage checks, clamp-force preparation and CNC machining simulation.

Creo Parametric is used to create the ice tray geometry with two rows of cavities, a clean parting strategy, traceability features and manufacturability improvements. The report applies 5° draft, internal 2.8 mm rounds, 1.0 mm cavity-edge rounds and 5.0 mm external corner rounds before validating positive draft coverage.

The mould analysis reviews central gate planning, ABS material options, air traps, weld lines, pressure distribution and sink marks. The comparison identifies ABS_POLYMAN E/HI as the stronger optimised option because it reaches excellent mouldability with lower pressure and fewer defect indicators.
The mould workflow defines Z-axis pull direction, creates the mould volume, establishes parting surfaces, separates core and cavity, checks shrinkage/clamp-force data and finishes with milling operation setup and technical drawing documentation for the insert and final part.

All supporting Creo, mould-analysis, CAM and drawing images remain inside the first project as a single gallery.

Creo work is grouped into two clear projects: Ice Tray and Dog Bowl. Each project keeps its own modelling, mould-analysis and CAM/manufacturing evidence.
