Terms of Service

Welcome to EasyWaySimu. By accessing our website or engaging our engineering simulation and R&D services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

01. Scope of Services

easywaysimu provides engineering consulting, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and embedded systems prototyping. All simulations and reports are based on the parameters, CAD models, and boundary conditions provided by the client. We do not manufacture final commercial products unless explicitly stated in a separate manufacturing agreement.

02. Client Responsibilities

The accuracy of our simulation results is highly dependent on the accuracy of the input data. The client is responsible for providing correct 3D geometry, material properties, and environmental conditions. easywaysimu is not liable for errors in analysis resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client data.

03. Limitation of Liability

While we use industry-standard software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) and rigorous validation methods, computer simulations are numerical approximations of real-world physics. Our reports should be used as a design guide and decision-support tool. We strongly recommend physical testing and prototyping to validate all critical safety and performance metrics before mass production. easywaysimu shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our simulation data in real-world applications.

04. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all CAD models, proprietary data, and concepts you provide to us. Upon full payment for our services, you will own the final engineering reports and simulation outputs generated specifically for your project. However, easywaysimu retains the rights to its internal methodologies, scripts, templates, and generic simulation workflows used to produce the results.

05. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
